Chapter 2 - Why we must do this. Disable, defeat and demolish homophobic Christianity.
The ending of all the aggressions of homophobic Christianity is sufficient reason, but there is also the life Gays could have if we didn't have to focus all our thinking on fighting back.

Intro
It might seem obvious why we need to do this and not have to be stated, but I don’t think we really understan how fighting the homophobic Christians impact us beyond their aggressions. The struggle against them is a necessary struggle, but it takes away form thinking and dreaming of who we might be.
In defining a program, it nees to be stated why we are doing it, even if it is obvious.
Chapter 2 Why this must be done
It might be asked why this chapter needs to be written since the attacks on Gays by homophobic Christians happen globally and are often vicious. The homophobic Christians are outspoken and fill social discourse with their attacks on Gays and in many places their hostility to Gays is a major part of politics. A chapter detailing the attacks on Gays globally would merely tell the informed reader what the reader already knows in general and this chapter will assume that.
The attacks, advocacy of anti-Gay policies, and the instigation of hostility against Gay would be way more than enough justification for why we need a program to disable, defeat and defeat homophobic Christianity.
This chapter could just stop here, but there is another reason we need to defeat homophobic Christianity, and which isn’t considered since we are constantly preoccupied with fending off the attacks by homophobic Christians.
The constant effort in fighting back against homophobic Christians keeps us from developing and cultivating our Gay lives. Do we have the regular romantic lives in high school that straights do and allowing our social development? No instead, we have the struggle to come out and manage a closeted life until we are safely on our own. Generally, we aren’t even assured physical safety in schools, let alone date and engage in social activities like straights do. What type of life would that be? Would it be an imitation of straight life or be something different? It remains a speculation and will remain a speculation in a society where homophobic Christians are attacking even Straight-Gay alliances in the schools.
How might Gays live isn’t really explored. What might type of support do Gays need or want from institutions and government is displaced by concerns that basic rights will be denied and government will be deployed to attack Gays. We likely don’t even bother to imagine what we might want or need since it seems impossible to attain in a hostile society. Since the lives we might live is unimagined it makes it difficult to describe what we lose due to the constant attacks of homophobic Christianity which drives on focusing on how we might survive rather than thrive.
How might our lives be if we led lives like everyone else focused on developing ourselves rather than dealing with internalized homophobia and coming out, keeping our identities secret, and figuring out how to navigate hazards? What might be the possibilities for Gay life if we cultivated and developed our lives and society was supportive? We would likely be living very different lives and be a very different community of different Gay individuals. The next generation wouldn’t be in darkness, but could stand and breath free in the light.
