Jesus and aliens and mutating Christianity. Part 4 of 4.
Another possibility to destablize and spliter Christianity.

For Christians our rules of logic and evidence don’t apply. Their emotional needs are the criteria for belief.
The Pentecostals speak gibberish thinking it is some unknown language and God is talking through them. Evangelicals have thrill shows to make their religion interesting. The Roman Catholic and the Greek Orthodox believe that they are actually eating the body and blood of Christ, and it only appears to be bread. It is called the miracle of transsubstanation.

The modern non-denominational Evangelical Christian and the Pentecostal Christian needs thrills and chills and be prayer warriors and see the world full of demons and angels and hoopla. Lots of drama where they can play a part and avoid seeing themselves as the mediocrities they are.
The history of religion shows that mutating Christianity isn’t held back by logic. Mormonism is based on a story that Joseph Smith was told by an angel where to find some golden plates from which he wrote the book of Mormon. The golden plates were then given to an angel who took them away.

Mary Baker Eddy pulled Christian Science out of the air and convinced people to prefer prayer over medicine.
If they had analytical thinking they wouldn’t be Christians in the first place.
Jesus and aliens or the belief that Jesus was an alien. It is a thing.
These beliefs also often involve the Book of Enoch which was discussed in part 3 of this 4 part series.
When you want drama and thrills, religious people grab for what they can get.
What has made this more popular is that there is A.I. now to generate elaborate scenes illustrating Jesus with aliens or as an alien with flying saucers, fantastical temples, and spectacular and sensational scenes.
With modern entertainment the story of the Bible with its moralizing and tedious story is not so compelling, excepting Revelations with its beasts and drama.
The way you would use this, is to share it on social media. You don’t have to claim to believe it, but just say it is “an interesting perspective,” or something so your friends don’t think you are crazy, but sharing it some Christian can stumble across it.
Or you can bring it up to some prostylizing Christian so they have to deal with it. When they denounce it, they also spread awareness of these types of beliefs. Denunciation is also publicizing. Further at a Christian presentation, introducing alien Jesus or Jesus meeting aliens confuses the presentation.
Sergio BELLS on Facebook has some of the more spectacular animations of Jesus talking to aliens or being taken up into flying saucers.

Summary
So far the ideas about aliens hasn’t disrupted Christianity, but it might just need the right advocate or the right condition in society where there would be an emotional need and it would take off.
But it isn’t necessary that this become a major problem for Christianity. It might be that one person working with this gets just a few percent of Christians thinking about it.
Homophobic Christianity can be defeated by one big thing, or eroded by many small efforts. Likely homophobic Christianity would be defeated by many approaches being done simultaneously.
This truly is the biggest piece of garbage. If you want to go after Christianity, do it intelligently and with the data that the Jewish/ Christian narrative presents .
